1. 🥛 Plant-based milk and yoghurt – experiment with a few, depending on your taste buds (oat, soya, almond)- you might be surprised how easy it can be to do the swap from dairy products…

2. Wholemeal toast – try nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew) or avocado 🥑on toast, it is delicious😋

3. Overnight oats – this will save you loads of time on your busy mornings!

It only takes 5 min to prepare the night before. Pour plant-based milk over oatflakes in a breakfast bowl, and leave the bowl covered overnight. In the morning you can add fresh or dried fruit, nuts, seeds, cinnamon or jam to your ready overnight oats to make it more fun!
