Today I want to share a story that might resonate with many of you.

A little while ago, Swantje joined my programme who already knew so much but something was missing.
She had a strong science and medical background, she followed all the big menopause accounts, she’d collected tips from podcasts, social media, articles, studies… you name it.
But she told me something that I hear again and again:
I don’t need more information.
I need clarity. I need structure.
I need someone to help me make sense of it all.
She wasn’t lacking knowledge.
She was drowning in it.
And honestly?
I was a little worried at first.
I thought, What if I can’t give her anything she hasn’t already heard?
What if she already knows it all?
But the moment we began working together, something shifted.
What she needed wasn’t more information.
She needed the right information, in the right order, tailored to her body, her symptoms, her lifestyle, her limits, and her goals.
She needed someone to hold her hand, to help her stop guessing, stop trying 25 things at once, and stop feeling like she had to fix everything alone.
And that’s when she started to feel better.
Step by step, with structure, clarity, and support. Not overwhelm.
