I hope you are enjoying your Easter holiday weekend šŸ£?

Most of you will be taking a break from work to spend more time at home with family.

Our kids are now too old for the Easter egg hunt, butā€¦on Easter Sunday we will be heading to the east coast of Scotland for our annual extended family picnic.

Itā€™s been a yearly tradition for as long as I remember šŸ™‚ā€¦

It would usually mean meeting family that we donā€™t often get to see throughout the year, kids getting to play with their cousins, having a delicious ā€œpotluckā€ picnic lunch in a middle of a pine tree forest, followed by a walk to the sand dunes on the North Sea coast, playing a game of rounders (including young and old) and wrapping it all up with another yummy “potluck” dinner at our auntieā€™s houseā€¦

And despite the packing, the preparation, the travelā€¦ in the end, it is always worth it!

Why?

-nature šŸŒ³šŸŒŠ

-exercise šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø

-spending time with family and friends šŸ‘Øā€šŸ‘©ā€šŸ‘§

are all great buffers against stress šŸ˜€.

What will you be up to this weekend?

Whatever you do, I hope you will have a chance to relax and spend time with your family and loved ones.
