Summer months could be a good opportunity to try it.

💡 Try these simple tricks:

  •  schedule a downtime on your phone
  •  put your phone on an airplane mode after 8pm to help you unwind
  •  try to come off all social media for a week or a weekend, if you feel you need to
  • clean up your inbox and go through your social media accounts
  •  ask yourself this simple question “Does this give me joy?” and if not, then delete and focus on what gives you positive energy, uplifts and inspires you!
