Well, it was never my thing, really.

 

I have always been a fast-paced person, movement is how I relax and meditate…

 

😏Who has the time for journaling?!…
were my exact thoughts.

 

Until recently…

 

I was part of this workshop😃.

 

All I had to do was to

✍🏻*sit down for 1 min* and

✍🏻*write down 3 things you are grateful for* today…

 

And here is the thing…

I was suprised how EASY it was!😃

 

Journaling gave me the

✅ “bird’s eye view” of my life,

I can now

✅ “zoom out” on my challenges (and successes) and suddenly

✅ feel calmer

✅ in charge of my busy thoughts, and

✅ get things done! 👍🏻

 

So, it’s slowly growing on me…😊
